You have the right to limit processing in cases determined by the Personal Data Protection Act, e.g. until their correction (or until their correctness is verified), or if the processing of personal data is illegal and you request a restriction of their use instead of deleting personal data, or we no longer need personal data for the purpose of processing them, but you need them to apply a legal claim.

e) Right to data portability

You have the right to data portability, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in a correspondingly structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and if the processing is carried out by automated means.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to a specific situation, which is carried out for the purposes stated on the basis of the legitimate interest that we pursue as the operator. We will not further process your personal data unless necessary legitimate reasons for processing are demonstrated that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or reasons for proving, applying or defending legal claims.

g) The right to submit a proposal for proceedings on the protection of personal data

If you feel that your rights have been violated, you can submit a proposal to the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic for proceedings on the protection of personal data pursuant to Section 100 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Act.
